Stewart
Maclennan, based in Edinburgh, Scotland is a composer/songwriter, guitarist, producer, arranger, and teacher. After being awarded an Associate of the London College of Music and Grade Eight Theory of the ABRSM
in 1999, he has gained much experience in the music field as both a
practical musician providing music for weddings and other special
events across Edinburgh to composing music for films and websites. In 2000, he was accepted into the Ian Tomlin School of Music after competing against some 120 other applicants. During his composition studies with Kenneth Dempster, he has received numerous merits for his highly creative and original music. Stewart
graduated in 2005 with a BMus Honours Degree and now teaches full-time
and provides music for weddings and private functions. His most
recents projects involve arranging, performing, and recording The Romantic Music Of Scotland, an album of original songs called Mabye For A While, an album of popular classical guitar music, and also a cd of original guitar compositions.
